Terms & Cancellation Policy

Booking confirmation
Submitting an inquiry does not hold or confirm a date. A date is confirmed only when: (1) a written proposal has been accepted; and (2) the required deposit has cleared. Chef Robear reserves the right to decline any inquiry.
Deposit
A deposit of 50% of the event total is required to confirm your date. The deposit is applied to the final balance. The remaining balance is due no later than the date of the event.
Cancellation by client
Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event date may receive a refund of the deposit, at Chef Robear's discretion. Cancellations within 14 days of the event may result in forfeiture of the full deposit. Cancellations after the final balance has been paid may result in forfeiture of the full amount. All cancellations must be made in writing to hello@chefrobear.com.
Cancellation by Chef Robear
In the event of cancellation by Chef Robear due to illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond our control, a full refund of all amounts paid will be issued promptly.
Allergy and dietary disclosure
Clients are responsible for disclosing all allergies, intolerances, and dietary restrictions at the time of inquiry. Chef Robear will make reasonable efforts to accommodate disclosed restrictions but cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. By booking an event, you confirm that you have disclosed all relevant dietary information.
Pricing
All pricing displayed on this website is a planning estimate only. Final pricing is established through a written proposal. Prices may vary based on guest count, menu selection, service requirements and market conditions.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana.
